Sonesta Es Suites Atlanta Alpharetta North Point Mall, Alpharetta

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and clean but a bit too large for just one person, perfect for a family or group of friends. The service was exceptional, with friendly and personable staff who even brought us sheets. The location was accessible and convenient for all my needs, located right in the North Point Mall complex. The dining experience was beyond expectations with a variety of options, but a bit odd at times.

The hotel room was really nice and clean, but unfortunately, the experience was ruined by noisy neighbors and dirty kitchen and bathroom floors. I will never stay at Sonesta again.

The hotel is in a perfect location, next to a great mall and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, offering easy access to the highway. The rooms could be cooler and ran all the time during our stay, but we managed without having to change rooms. The service was professional and courteous, although there were moments of waiting at the front desk. Dining options were affected by the situation and breakfast was limited, but Welsh pastry was a nice touch.
